We put the fun in fundraising…

You may have noticed that in pre-COVID days, we hosted a lot of bake sales and craft fair tables. That’s because we’re always looking for creative ways to raise money. Paying artists and using sliding scale ticket pricing means that we rarely break even at events, and that’s okay. We hope that we can see you again in person soon, and maybe talk you into taking home some of John-Michael’s famous zucchini bread. Also, if you are an event organizer and wouldn’t mind giving us a spot for a table (once we’re all vaccinated and it’s safe), we’d love to be there!

Where your money goes:

We are an arts collective made up of hardworking volunteers. 100% of donations are used to keep us up and running. We have a lot of day-to-day costs to cover, like web hosting and project supplies.

We also believe in compensating artists and activists for their time and work. To that end, we pay each of our Quaranzine contributors and featured guests at events. That’s how it should be, and honestly, we hope someday to be able to pay more than we do now. Thank you for your support!
