Sashes Not Fascists!

Sashes Not Fascists! was a multi-disciplinary event that explored the intersection of gender expression, reproductive healthcare, and race. Scout Bratt, Outreach and Education Director of the Chicago Women’s Health Center, led the teach-in. Fiber Artist Kathryn Pritchard taught us about the history of protest sashes and helped us make our own. And ShugaHive, led byJae Green, performed poems accompanied by dance and music.
