Radical (In)Queeries by Mikey - by Mikey Anderson

About Mikey: I'm an art therapist working with the LGBTQIA2s+ community and graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with an MA in Art Therapy and Counseling. My art is informed by my community-driven social art practice, which incorporates fiber crafts, queer theory, illustration, and activism. My artworks range from radical queer illustrations too handmade queer insired plushies. I strive to broaden queer representation by way of both my art and art therapy practices. Through the classes I teach, the community-based art projects I facilitate, and the art I create, I'm committed to queer advocacy.
