From the artist: On the Great Seal, an eagle holds an olive branch in one talon and bundle of arrows in the other, symbolizing that the US has “a strong desire for peace, but will always be ready for war.” This piece was created in response to Trump’s presidency, when he raged on with his campaign of fear and violence.
